    Description

    Roles & Responsibilities

    Position Overview:

    To handle day-to-day operations and administrative tasks for logistics and warehouses

    Main Duties:

    • Responsible for managing inventory efficiently
    • Ordering packaging materials for the warehouse
    • Receiving and updating incoming stock promptly
    • Preparing pick and pack lists and organizing outgoing shipments
    • Generating and maintaining stock reports
    • Managing storage areas in the system
    • Coordinating with various stakeholders for stock movements
    • Assisting in inventory management processes and reconciliations
    • Coordinating import and export shipments, including pre-shipment preparations
    • Ensuring accurate records and schedules for inbound and outbound shipments
    • Organizing filing of shipping documents both physically and digitally
    • Collaborating with Operations and Production teams on daily tasks
    • Performing additional tasks as required based on business needs
    • Supporting daily attendance and related reporting

    Skills & Qualifications:

    • Minimum Diploma in any field, preferably Supply Chain Management
    • 1-2 years experience in Customer Service within sales, manufacturing, or logistics
    • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
    • Excellent time management skills and ability to work orderly
    • Capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced and stressful environment
    • Proactive and positive attitude towards work
    • Strong team player willing to assist others
    • Self-starter with the ability to take initiative
