Our client is an established professional trust services provider.

Due to business growth, they are looking for a Senior Trust Officer to manage the day-to-day administration of a varied portfolio of trust structures.

This position is based in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for the daytoday administration of a varied portfolio of trust structures and to maintain a wide and detailed knowledge and understanding of trust administration, including money laundering, compliance, and relevant legislation.
Carry out fiduciary duties of a trustee, including attending to trustee resolutions, distributions, accounts, compliance reviews etc.
Maintain accuracy, integrity and completeness of the client files and common folders.
Onboard new Trust structures, and perform due diligence checks.
Liaise with external parties such as bankers, lawyers, accountants, consultants, etc.
Any other such duties that would be reasonably required for this role.

Key Requirements

Preferably a member of STEP or ISCA or working towards this qualification
Possess relevant experience and good technical knowledge to manage complex trust products and their relevant legislation and regulation.
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Excellent relationship management skills with clients and stakeholders
