You will be working in the Sea People Team to drive key Employee Engagement initiatives within Sea and its subsidiaries. Sea is the largest tech company in Southeast Asia with exciting opportunities. You will be working closely with senior management in a fastpaced, globalized, and intellectually stimulating environment.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Developing and managing end-to-end implementation of local and global initiatives that enhance organisational culture and improve employee experience
Collaborating with regional HR teams across Sea and its subsidiaries on the development and implementation of key People related projects
Supporting, maintaining, and improving ongoing employee programmes
Preparing internal communications including announcements, newsletters, and other employee messages
Sourcing and managing the procurement of event material and merchandise
Facilitating Employee Volunteering initiatives in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
Providing support on team events and other adhoc duties

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Human Resource Management, or related field from a reputable university
Experience in Employee Engagement or Events Management is a plus
Driven, selfmotivated, adaptable, and versatile learner with ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment
Ability to effectively balance multiple simultaneous projects and priorities with tight timelines
Strong creative thinking, problemsolving, decisionmaking, and communication skills (both written and verbal)
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to facilitate cross border interactions and discussions across stakeholders
Interest or knowledge in People related topics, e.g., employee experience, organisational culture, is a plus
