    Description
    Roles & Responsibilities

    You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of administrative support. The Human Resources Executive is responsible to assist the Managing Director of Human Resources in the efficient running of the Human Resources Department.

    • Mondays to Fridays 9am to 6pm. (Flexible working hours/ Work from Home if required)
    • Walking Distance to MRT Nicoll Highway (Golden Mile Tower)
    • Immediate Vacancy / Start Immediately

    Full Spectrum of HR roles includes recruitment, payroll, compensation & benefits:-

    • · Perform work pass application / renewal / cancellation (Prepare reports on HR- related metrics like total number of hires. (Monitor workpass quota status)/
    • Manage MOM survey
    • · Monitoring & renew company certificate (BCA/ Slots/ Bizsafe)

    · Manage company insurance cum claims

    · IR8A / IR21 submission/CPF Transactions ● Submission of IR8A/IR21 (Tax Clearance)

    · Monitor, update of CSOC & CORE TRADE course for workers

    · Manage worker dormitory matter - Check in and Out

    · Project site BCA submission & SIC arrangement

    · Updating and maintain purchase and machinery rental record

    · Support in the day-to-day HR /admin duties

    . Payroll, payslips & Salary computation

    ● Respond to employees' enquires on benefits and submission of claims (e.g Medical Leave, A/L, CC,H/L)

    ● Process and perform monthly payroll (Full timers / Part timers)

    ● Insurance renewal and work injury claim submission.

    ● Keep track of and update company licence / tenancy renewal ( Dormitory, Office etc)
