Description
Develop training program to enhance Used Car Business Operations in the region

  • Manage and deliver Used Car Training to distributors and dealers in the region
  • Develop learning infrastructure to manage and deliver learning experiences in the region including but not limited to coordinate with various stakeholders, sourcing of training facility and other activities
  • Develop Used Car Value Chain Business including aftersales products, insurance, finance, accessories etc. to drive revenue and growth of Used Car business in the region
  • Support activities to enhance Toyota Used Car business Operations in the region Work closely with distributors and dealers of the assigned countries to drive revenue and growth
  • Provide continuous support, guidance and training to distributors and dealers to develop and enhance the services
  • Review, develop and implement solutions/recommendation for continuous process improvement
  • Gathering of market intelligence on competitors' services and solutions, industry trends, competitive development and constant evaluation of services and solutions
  • Develop, implement and present findings, strategies/solutions, project updates and progress reports to relevant stakeholders
  • Support translation of strategy into detailed project plan and requirements
  • Gain buyin for the strategies both internally and with key external partners
  • Responsible for project kick start and execution and ensuring that the project delivery is as planned and in line with its target date
  • Provide support to regional focus strategies for both short/midterm

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field
  • With 46 years of working experience preferably in Automotive Industry
  • Experience in auto industry in Used Car area but not mandatory
  • Experience in managing distributors and dealers
  • Good business acumen and management skills
  • Meticulous, selfmotivated, teamwork spirit and able to work under pressure
  • A team player with leadership quality, analytical and negotiation skills
  • Good initiator with strong multitask and time management skill
  • Strong communication ability (both written and spoken) and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with all level of stakeholders across functions
  • Proactive with an ability to manage several projects concurrently from inception to completion
  • Able to work in a fast pace environment and willing to work overtime when required
  • Open to travel regionally for business

SKILLSETS (NICE TO HAVE)

  • Good planning skills
  • Experience in developing training program and conduct training
  • Good kaizen/problem solving skills with Customer oriented approach
  • Some automotive technical/parts knowledge
  • Good Customer Service & Service Quality skills
