Description

You will be working in a global MNC in luxury wine and tailor-made services. They connect the finest wine producers with passionate wine lovers who are successful entrepreneurs, business leaders and philanthropists.

They are currently looking out for a
Senior Accountant to join their Finance team and handle full sets of accounting and group consolidation.

Responsibilities

Perform day to day accounts operations and bookkeeping operations, including processing data; reviewing of bank reconciliations automatically generated from the accounting system; payment of invoices, expenses claims and intercompany settlements; generating credit / debit notes and managing invoice disputes.
Prepare monthly / quarterly / annual closing activities for assigned companies and liaise with other departments, both within Singapore and with other regional offices.
Prepare and assist in annual statutory audit and group consolidation reporting.
Ensure all processes of the consolidation's system are up to date.
Preparing Group consolidation reporting.
Monitor cash transactions (e.g. identify receipts, reconciling group collection centre, check disbursements etc ).
Verify supplier invoices and obtain approval for payment.
Assist in communicating and maintaining relationships with external parties (banks, outsourced accounting firm, tax agent, corporate secretaries).
Assist the Finance Manager on all ad hoc assignments and projects as assigned.
Assist in preparation of annual budget of operating expenses.
Assist in preparation and updating of monthly cashflow forecasts for cash monitoring purposes.
Liaise with tax agents on preparation of annual tax computation.
Prepare and review GST submissions and computations for quarterly GST filing.
Assist in transfer pricing study and documentations.

Requirements:

Minimum
3 to 5 years of relevant experience in
full sets of accounting, ideally in
MNCs .
Experience with
M3 / Infor ERP systems

Organized, meticulous and has a good sense of time management.
Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Experience in the wine industry or personal interest in fine wine is an advantage.

Base Salary range
$7,000 to $7,500 / month , excluding bonuses.
