Roles & Responsibilities

Job ID: 618297

Working location: CBD area
Salary budget up to $170,000 per annum
System implemention & Digital transformation experience required

Responsibilities:

Full sets of accounts
Knowledge of IFRS and SFRS
Monthly, Quarterly and year end closing of accounts.
Review journals and reconciliation tasks
Involve with internal and external audits
Involve with Internal Control (JSOX) compliance and audit.
Review Corporate Income Tax (Estimated Chargeable Income "ECI" and Annual Tax Return ("FORM C") and related tax schedules.
Review CBCR report, Tax Heaven (CFC) report.
Review Transfer Pricing documentation.
Withholding tax compliance and ad-hoc request to IRAS
Review Corporate tax treatment and implication arising from domestic and cross border transactions
Review GST returns and supplies and purchase schedules against reportable items.
AD-hoc duties assigned by management

Requirements:

Degree in Accountancy or related fields
Possess 10-15 years of related working experience in accounting and taxation
Management/Leadership skills is required
Exposure to system implementation projects and RPA solutions will be an advantage.
Digital transformation experience required.
Willing to travel for business trip
