- Early-risk marriage support (minor and transnational couples, divorce support and family & marital counselling)
- To offer group work and other interventions to families facing challenges; and to work with relevant partners to promote the welfare of the clients
- Proficient in various counselling approaches (e.g., systemic) and tools to help with clients' concerns
- Deliver clinical supervision for staff's professional development
- Manage the budget and statistics monthly
- Master in Counselling
- 5 years of experience in counselling individuals, couples, and families cases) independently, with at least 1year of supervisory experience
- Postgraduate qualification in counselling by accredited institutions under the Singapore Association for Counselling(SAC)
- Preferably a registered counsellor with SAC
- Minimum of 50 hours of training in Clinical Supervision Excellent written (e.g. report writing) and presentation skills
- People-oriented, committed, adept at multitasking, and brings a positive can-do attitude

RESPONSIBILITIES
The provides counselling to support early risk marriages due to challenges faced by minor and transnational couples, couples facing marital conflicts and undergoing divorce.
