    Join SACEOS, the leading MICE association with over 40 years of proven dedication to serving the industry in Singapore

    We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as Executive, Marketing Communications. In this role, you will be supporting the Head of Advocacy & Marketing Communications to drive the association's brand image, digital presence, and engagement strategies of SACEOS, ensuring consistent and impactful communication with its stakeholders.

    Key Responsibilities:

    · Conceptualise and create visually appealing marketing collaterals, such as EDM/social banners, brochures, presentations and promotional materials, ensuring alignment with SACEOS' brand guidelines.

    · Curate compelling and engaging marketing copy for SACEOS website, EDMs, Linkedin and other marketing collaterals.

    · Edit and produce engaging video content to showcase SACEOS' events, activities, and industry insights.

    · Provide marketing support for SACEOS activities, including website updates, content creation, social media engagement, and online advertising campaigns.

    · Prepare and disseminate Weekly EDM to database.

    · Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and deliver designs that effectively communicate key messages and objectives.

    · Any other ad doc duties assigned.

    Requirements:

    · Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

    · Show initiative and work independently to complete assigned tasks within the given timeline.

    · Strong content writing, design and video editing skills.

    · Familiar with the applications of a variety of designing tools/platforms (e.g. Canva) and social media channels (e.g. Linkedin)

    · Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.

    · Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

    · Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and build relationships with stakeholders.
