- Position : Admin Assistant (Inventory/Data Entry//Sin Ming Ln)
- Location : Sin Ming Lane (Bishan)
- Working hours : Monday to Friday/ 8:30am to 5:30pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $2800 (Salary Increment: $100-$300 after 3 months probation) + OT Payable + Performance bonus + 10 Days Annual Leave
- Duration : Permanent

- Prepare invoices / Receive Orders / Organise Documents / Filing
- Stock / inventory check, maintain updated data records, print reports
- Attending to calls
- Provide general administrative and clerical support and handle administrative requests from the management.
- NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED/ FULL TRAINING PROVIDED
- Familiar with MS Office (MS Excel and MS Words etc)
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only.
