There is currently an open position for an IT Helpdesk Analyst.- Call Center experience is advantageous
- Basic experience with IT troubleshooting
- Problem diagnostics via remote support tool and calls
- Familiar with office productivity tools such as O36
- Familiar with Ticketing System (ServiceNow, Jira)
- Experienced in using Active Directory (Azure, Microsoft)
- Strong communication skills and detailed work
- Proficient Customer Service
- Qualification: Nitec or equivalent
- Experience: Min 2 years related experience.
Able to provide technical support to Chinese-speaking end-users. Proficiency in Chinese Mandarin is a must.
Job Types:
Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Salary:
$2, $3,500.00 per month
