PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Hospitality Property Management System (PMS) Expert
  • VisualOne/Versa/Opera knowledge preferred
  • Project planning
  • Project progress monitoring and reporting, and client relations
  • Help products to meet industry needs.
  • Monitor market trends and develop alignment strategies.
  • Trade show and Marketing support.
  • Work as a Subject Matter Expert to customers.
  • Provide issue resolution to clients, partners, and team members by facilitating communication and developing relationships at all levels
  • Facilitate interaction of Professional Services teams/Clients with the Product Management and Software Development teams
  • Work closely with other internal departments to identify installation improvements, and product feedback of Agilysys products.
  • Telephone and face to face meetings with clients to ensure client satisfaction
  • Assisting in identifying and implementing project processes and procedures that best meet company and customer's goals and expectations.
  • Sales engineering/ techno functional/ large scale implementation.
  • Other duties as required
- (Future) Manage peer/senior staff within the consulting group to increase overall breadth of Professional Services knowledge, by providing both internal and external training, as well as, ongoing support of current initiatives.


REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS:


  • 8+ years of hardcore development experience with 5+ years in VisualOne/Versa/Oracle PMS Suite of products leading enterprise software system deployments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/ Electronics and Communication Engineering.
  • At least 5 years solid experience with basics of SQL, Java, Dotnet and SaaS Operations.
  • Basic knowledge of Java and Java Scripts.
  • Proven history working with large, strategic customers in past roles.
  • Product QA/development experience during which you have managed multiple products (including SaaSbased products/services) and teams from concept to launch.
  • Expertise running implementation with at least 3 world class integrated resorts.
  • Initiative & ownership to drive measurable team, product & performance.
  • Strong technical competence to guide tradeoffs, good design; leverage trends.
  • Understand potential partnership/integration opportunities.

  • People motivator able to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Significant level of past leadership and managing a significant number of employees within an organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to build solid relationships with customers with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Successful international software implementation projects involving PMS suite of products like Opera, Versa, Golf, Spa, POS, Retail.
  • Knowledge of offshore development and SaaS business principles.
  • Experience working in one (or multiple) of the Gaming, Hotels & Resorts, Food Service Management, or Food & Beverage industries.
  • Demonstrated enterprise leadership ability.
