Description

The Air Traffic Management Research Institute (ATMRI), established in 2013 through a strategic partnership between NTU and the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS), is a top-notch institution dedicated to advancing the science and technology of air traffic management. ATMRI focuses on boosting the efficiency, safety, and sustainability of the global air transport system.

Key Responsibilities:

Support research and development related to human-centric demand for automated support operation in Air Traffic Control and Management.
Create a hierarchical scenario analysis tool to identify behavioral flows in dynamic interactions.
Develop prototypes and smart tools for an adaptive human-AI collaboration mode.
Assist the Principal Investigator/Team Lead in project management and progress report preparation.
Collaborate effectively with industrial and academic partners.

Job Requirements:

Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Integration, User Experience, Operation Research, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
Project experience in human-computer interaction, usability testing, or related areas.
Strong knowledge of programming and prototyping tools relevant to the field.
Proficient English writing and communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
