Collaborating with Account Executives and the Solutions Team to strategize and execute team sales.

  • Independently engaging in prospecting and relationshipbuilding activities to build pipelines and drive business with both new and existing clients.
  • Delivering compelling demonstrations and use cases to influence executivelevel decisionmakers, addressing objections, and aligning value propositions with their business strategy.
  • Partnering with the WFM Solutions team with the LOBs in shaping the GTM approach, marketing materials, product roadmaps, and industry artifacts.
  • Domain expertise in Contact Centre functions either as an experienced Salesperson or as a senior leader in these organizations.
  • Have 510 years of experience in the WFM domain or selling these types of solutions.

Must have:


  • Must know WFM products
  • WFM sales specialist
  • Ideally selling to companies with contact centers
  • 70% bringing in new customers
  • 30% crosssell/upsell existing customer
