Solution Sales Manager - Singapore - ABS CONNECT PTE. LTD.
Description
Collaborating with Account Executives and the Solutions Team to strategize and execute team sales.- Independently engaging in prospecting and relationshipbuilding activities to build pipelines and drive business with both new and existing clients.
- Delivering compelling demonstrations and use cases to influence executivelevel decisionmakers, addressing objections, and aligning value propositions with their business strategy.
- Partnering with the WFM Solutions team with the LOBs in shaping the GTM approach, marketing materials, product roadmaps, and industry artifacts.
- Domain expertise in Contact Centre functions either as an experienced Salesperson or as a senior leader in these organizations.
- Have 510 years of experience in the WFM domain or selling these types of solutions.
Must have:
- Must know WFM products
- WFM sales specialist
- Ideally selling to companies with contact centers
- 70% bringing in new customers
- 30% crosssell/upsell existing customer
