    The Job

    Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with teams to meet project goals on time and within budget
    • Set up new environments with internal and Cloud Engineering teams
    • Ensure IT Security requirements are met before project launch
    • Coordinate with vendors for deployment and support
    • Assist Program Manager with timelines and deliverables
    • Report project status to management
    • Follow project methodologies and processes
    • Monitor daily project progress and manage risks
    • Engage stakeholders and oversee vendor management

    The Profile

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, banking & finance with 4+ years of banking experience
    • Strong banking background, especially in payment systems
    • Proficient in web technologies and AWS/cloud services
    • Excellent interpersonal skills
    • Able to work independently on multiple tasks
    • Consistently deliver high-quality results on time
    • Collaborative mindset with problem-solving skills
    • Proactive and able to handle pressure
    • Leadership qualities with a commitment to project completion
