    Marketing & Communications Intern

    Singapore

    What will your essential responsibilities include?

    ·Event Co-ordination:

    1.Assist in planning and organizing marketing events. product launches, networking events, parties, tradeshow sponsorships

    2.Draft invitations, confirmations, see you there mailers for events

    3.Co-ordinate logistics for events, including venue booking, catering, and promotional materials.

    4.Attend events to provide on-site support as needed.

    ·Collaboration and Communication:

    1.Work closely with various teams to co-ordinate information.

    2.Communicate with external vendors and partners as needed.

    ·Analysis

    1.Conduct market research on industry trends, competitors, and target audience.

    2.Compile and analyze data to generate insights for marketing strategies.

    3.Conduct research and compile data for use for media interview responses

    4.Prepare reports summarizing key findings and recommendations.

    5.Post event analysis on effectiveness.

    ·Social Media Management:

    1.Support in drafting social media posting on LinkedIn (of events, speaking engagements, new joiner announcements)

    2.Propose ideas for content to enhance online presence.

    ·Administrative Support:

    1.Provide administrative support for marketing projects, including organizing online files and maintaining documentation in shared drive.

    2.Put together presentation decks if needed ( creating diagrams, formatting)

    3.Assist in scheduling meetings and co-ordinating calendars.

    ·Content Creation:

    1.Put together the monthly internal newsletters in Populo.

    2.Draft external comms content for brokers and clients.

    3.Film/ edit videos as needed

    4.Edit and proof-read written materials to ensure accuracy and consistency.

    ·Email Marketing:

    1.Work closely with the email marketing team on the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns via Eloqua.

    2.Manage email lists for targeted communication

    You will report to the Communications & Marketing Manager, Asia

    ·Degree or Diploma holder in Business or Marketing studies

    ·Multi-tasker

    ·Good communication and organizing skills

    ·Excellent writing skills

    ·Proficient in Powerpoint and Excel (vlookup)
