As part of the company's ambitious growth plans and succession planning, our client, a leading local insurance firm in Singapore is looking for a Sales Advisory Manager candidate to drive the growth of the firm's sales production.
Responsibilities of the role:
Reporting to the Deputy CEO / Director of the firm, you will spearhead the sale production growth of the distribution force through overseeing and working with Agency Sales Managers and Directors to drive recruitment and sales outreach to ensure growth targets in sales and manpower are achieved.
This role is a permanent full-time management position and not a sales agent role (RNF licence is optional).Requirements of the role:
To succeed in this role, you should have at least 3 years of sales experience within the Insurance industry with prior experience in insurance sales or insurance agency management.
You should also be driven and have strong understanding of insurance product marketplace.To Apply
