Brand Manager - Singapore - HAACH GLOBAL PTE. LTD.
Description
Develop overarching campaign strategy, channel plan and messaging framework to deliver business outcomes for our brands- Inspire cutthrough creative campaigns through quality market insights, consumer insights, or business insights
- Work collaboratively and iteratively with the group's inhouse creative team to develop ideas that deliver cutthrough and create unwavering brand love
- Execute campaigns with precision and tenacity, optimising for performance along the way
- Develop and maintain the right professional networks, suppliers, agencies, and internal stakeholder relationships to ensure the best work at the best price goes out the door
- Manage budgets, timelines for the campaigns and special projects assigned
- Channels: Paid (Digital advertising, Platform marketing), Earned (Press, Influencers, UGC, Partnerships), Owned (Web, Social, CRM, Events, Activations)
- Identify new growth opportunities for brands and businesses through a combination of market research, consumer research and industry intel
- Develop and nurture a network of internal/external specialists to collaborate on growth opportunities
- Work across disciplines and stakeholders to deliver brand and business outcomes
- Work/lead interdisciplinary teams to realise group vision of becoming thought leaders and employers of choice
- Frame, shape and pitch for new businesses/new tenders
- Brand Strategy including branding, brand architecture, brand portfolio management
- Consumer research, data analysis and insights development
- Marketing strategy including value proposition, messaging, customer segmenting, channel plan, content plan
- Design Thinking applied to campaigns and invenue experiences
- Partnership structuring and negotiation
- Budgeting and P&L management
- Growth marketing and CRM are a plus, not a requirement

Requirements:
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience in a similar client role, or advertising/marketing/consulting agency
- Ability to cultivate relationships to leverage for business growth opportunities
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and immediately respond to internal and external key stakeholders in a professional manner that maintains and develops relationships
- Highly organized and attentive to detail
- Strong leadership, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Strong work ethic and selfstarter
- Extremely comfortable in a fastpaced, entrepreneurial environment with limited resources
