As an Operations Analyst in our team

Responsibilities:


  • Handling account registration, bonus and promotion, identity verification, and user interface related enquiries
  • Managing escalation and follow up of user enquiries with internal stakeholders
  • Assisting in the preparation and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures
  • Assisting in the preparation and maintenance of Training Materials
  • Assisting in the preparation and maintenance of FAQs and Standard Language Responses
  • Assisting in the preparation and maintenance of Dashboards
  • Assisting in event and trading competition operations
  • Provides recommendations on operational requirements
  • Administrative record keeping and reporting
  • Other projects and duties as assigned by management

What we want you to have:

  • Experience with Zendesk, Slack
  • Experience with Basic business modeling
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to work well with a team in a 24/7 trading environment
  • Experience with financial trading, preferably in cryptocurrency exchanges
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Nice to have:


  • Keen interest in cryptocurrency and blockchain technologies
  • Community management or event experience
  • Experience working at a high growth startup/tech company
  • Experience in a frontfacing customer service environment
