Job Responsibilities:
Perform shared-service People Experience support for the SEA region and HR functional leads, including employee engagement and internal communications.

People Experience- Support the employee life cycle activities including on-boarding, engagement, off-boarding etc.

in Singapore and the Southeast Asia regions (outside Malaysia)- Serve as a point-of-contact for all employees in Singapore and provide guidance and advisory on key People & Culture matters- Interact with key stakeholders within Singapore and across the SEA offices to support launch and execution of key People & Culture initiatives in an efficient and timely manner.

Employee Engagement- Conceptualize and execute employee engagement activities in the Singapore office in alignment with the strategic Employee Experience and Workplace Culture pillars- Support the functional People & Culture program design and development to be deployed across global offices- Assist in the deployment of the bi-annual employee engagement survey

Internal Communications- Provide support to Business Units and Functions in their internal communications needs- Maintain and update the global intranet (via SharePoint) with the latest news, including curating stories that inform, excite and engage employees globally- Champion the roll-out of and maintain country-level Intranet across the global offices


Pre-Requisites:

  • Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in business / mass communications or relevant discipline
  • Preferably with 1 year of HR experience, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Proficiency with Adobe Photoshops and videoediting tools
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) in English. Proficiency in another Southeast Asian language is a bonus.
  • Creative mindset with ability to execute events within timeline and budget
  • Strong aptitude to learn and pick up new skills, highly adaptable
  • High level of initiative and mindset of continuous improvement
  • Meticulous, detailoriented and organised
  • Independent, resourceful, team player, resultsdriven and customerfocused
