The Finance Executive is responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate payment, collection and reconciliation of all financial transactions and ensuring the proper documentation and preparation of journal entries.

Responsibilities:

Verify bank details and receivables amounts with stakeholders for accurate and timely receipts
Ensure complete and accurate entry of daily AR financial transactions with proper documentation
Prepare and generate billing invoices
Resolve any discrepancies and billing issues as required
Reconcile cash on delivery amounts and ensure all cash are received
Any other adhoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

year of relevant work experience

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Knowledge of basic accounting principles
Experience working with accounting ERP systems (SAP/Netsuite/Oracle) will be advantageous
Comfortable with managing large data sets
