    Roles & Responsibilities

    Job Description

    • Assist with operations-related paperwork, including but not limited to documentation, filing, and data entry.
    • Work closely with the Chief Operating Officer (COO) to support various administrative tasks and projects.
    • Collaborate with different departments to ensure efficient workflow and communication.
    • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
    • Perform other duties as assigned to support the smooth functioning of daily operations.

    Job Requirements

    • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree or Diploma program, preferably in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, preferably bilingual.
