Your RoleAs a HR Operations Admin within our Business Support team,
You will play a key role in ensuring seamless experience for associates from onboarding to offboarding.
Key ResponsibilitiesOnboarding & Offboarding | Contracts & Front Office AdministrationCollect and validate onboarding documents from shortlisted candidates;, ensure accuracy & completeness Generate employment contracts based on hiring details,and route them to candidates via e-signing platform Proactively follow up on pending documents, maintain timely updates in trackers Create candidate profiles& assignments 'n i'n front office system Upload onboarding documents ('y'ncluding but not limited to) NRIC/Work Pass IC,singed contracts,on- boarding forms,bank details service agreements,hiring proposals Manage off- boarding processes including front office updates benefits closure Benefits Management Insurance Register associates with insurers / brokers entitled insurance coverage Terminate upon off- boarding Timesheet & Leave Management Validate timesheets ensure completeness compliance MOM regulations Track timesheet status using designated tools/systems Set up ,validate maintain leave records system Ensure accurate tracking government-legislated leave coordinate Pay Bill Team claims (e.g., Government Paid Maternity Leave Childcare Leave etc.) Submit timesheets unpaid leave instructions by payroll cutoff Prepare annual leave accruals Expense Claims Management Validate expense claims accuracy supporting documentation approvals Manage claims setup maintenance capped benefits Provide claim status updates associates close during off- boardng Submit claims instructions by payroll cutoff Other Responsibilities Support branches administrative requests ,such as employment letters benefits queries Participate system enhancement migration activities pre actual post phases Assist audit-related activities required Perform reporting tasks validation PWM insurance invoices Key Requirements Diploma Degree relevant field Preferably at least year working experience HR related role Proficient Microsoft Office applications Word Excel Added Advantage Experience working HR systems platforms Shawna Wong EA License No: R1982472 Personnel Registration Number:
