- Provide domain expertise in the Oracle Cloud applications or technologies you specialize in
- Communicate and collaborate closely with clients and key users for complete analysis of business requirements
- Liaise with sales, consulting, project management, and offshore delivery center
- Configure the application to meet the client's business process and requirements and develop workarounds as necessary
- Demonstrate configurations through the development of prototype systems and management of configuration/prototype workshops
- Develop and document testing scenarios, test scripts and leading teams in unit, integration and acceptance testing
- Facilitate train-the-trainer or end-user training
- Assist the integration consulting team in helping to build, configure and test integrations with other systems
- Assist in Post-Production Hypercare
- Digitally savvy and creative; experience with Mobile technologies will be advantage e.g., Mobile apps development, Creative UI, etc.
- Excellent social skills, verbal and written English communication and active listening skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic and team-oriented environment; capable to work independently, take initiative with minimal direction yet participate as a team member with a willingness to help where needed
- Strong analytical, problem solving and debugging skills; attention to detail
