Roles & Responsibilities

· Responsible for translation of Contractual and Classification Requirement into functional specification for project

· Project planning, including work program, cost, and material projection.

· Involve in design reviews and integration reviews.

· Shop-drawings submission for Consultant's approval and follow-up with re-submission.

· Carry out site visits throughout the project to record information on the progress of the project against the agreed programme.

· Analyse and prepare the overall schedule and project execution plan.

· Attend Project Technical and NSC meetings.

· Meetings with clients and vendors during project execution.

· Liaise with the main contractor, consultant, and client representative.

· Liaise with clients and other internal engineering trades for project coordination.

· Plan and allocate resources, projection and forecast of manpower.

· Manage and lead the team for preparation, submission and obtain approval of MOS, RA, SWP, shop drawings, material, equipment, RFA, RFI etc.

· Mitigate site issues and propose a contingency plan.

· Compile monthly project progress claim.

· Manage, plan, and lead the testing & commissioning of BMS system.

· Prepare Variation Order.

· Apply and prepare submission for authority testing and commissioning of project equipment

· Manage, lead and handover OMM document, training, as built drawings, spare parts and DLP program.

· Prepare project final account.
