Multiple Positions with Federal Government Department.

You must have a

current NV1 security clearance (minimum) and be willing to undergo clearance to Positive Vetting (PV) level.

As a


Required Skills:


  • Proficient in designing, coding, and testing complex programs/scripts in Python.
  • Build robust tooling and techniques, ensuring welltested and documented solutions.
  • Resolve operational challenges with innovative programming solutions.
  • Contribute to the selection of development methods, tools, and techniques.

Desirable:


  • Platform engineering expertise, including containerization.
  • Experience in integrating and building APIs.
  • General understanding of data issues, such as missing values and duplicate data.
  • Implementation of data flows in tools like Apache NiFi.
  • Proven ability to develop technical documentation and track work using tools like Confluence and JIRA.

Eligibility:


  • Minimum 3 years of programming experience in Python/SQL.
  • Tertiary qualification in a technology field

Location:


  • The role is based in either Canberra, Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, or Adelaide.
