Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are searching for energetic individuals who are highly self-driven
Support in daily operational tasks (e.g. taking orders, handling transactions, organizing daily sales, answering reservation calls, serving food & drinks, etc.) during your shift to a consistently high level
Acquire knowledge and proficiency in both service and kitchen staff responsibilities
Assist with food preparation and cooking tasks
Understand server duties and assist them in meeting customer needs
Always attend to customers in a polite and expert manner consistently
Adaptable and willing to exceed expectations to enhance customer satisfaction and fulfill their requirements
Ensure dishes are well-planned, prepared, and stored correctly to ensure quality at all times
Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and hygiene standards while helping to implement safety and security protocols always
Uphold key standards: holding times, service efficiency and quality, raw and cooked product excellence consistently
Maintain high personal hygiene, appearance, and behavior standards always
Perform any additional tasks as requested by the Shop Manager

Requirement:

Having experience in a Japanese restaurant is beneficial
Fluency in Japanese language is advantageous for communicating with Japanese clientele
Prior experience in the Food & Beverage industry
Opportunity for Management Trainee role is also available
Hold Food & Hygiene certification
Available to work various shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Working Hours:

Hours: 44 hours per week
Days: 6 days per week
