- Windows 10 and MacOS ecosystem . Microsoft Intune or endpoint manager (SCCM)
- Workplace technology - ZOOM/WebEx Teams / Crestron Flex / Cisco Room Kit
- Secure Mobile messaging – Secure WhatsApp deployment, Tencent
- M365 Copilot
- Take ownership of platform and work with partners to resolve issues OR deploy new solution
- Develop roadmap & describe structural and technical characteristics, user experience behavior, and other aspects of platform to project stakeholders
- Maintain, comply and improve cyber security posture of platforms in-line with evolving practices
- Work with architecture team to evaluate new technologies that can be implemented aligned to the strategic vision
- Review & optimize spend of tech contracts in each areas to improve business efficiency
- Work cross-functionally across various team e.g Architecture, Cyber Security, Procurement, Applications & Digital team
- Lead Major incident management for platform capability
- Undertake end to end project management work that requires technology transformation in above Technology stack
- At least 8+ years of Strong Implementation & Operations experience in one or more IT areas (with a strong focus on EUC, Cyber & Project Management )
- Preferred M365, MSCE, CCNP & ITIL certification
- Functional knowledge of Cloud platforms - Azure, AWS, GCP
- Experience in deploying Tech solutions and supporting International Offices
- Strong customer service focus and experience working with both end users and senior leadership
