_Job Description:
_

The applicant must be able to work on construction site
To be responsible for all the execution of Contracts progress
To report and monitor of progress of project to Supervisor
To supervise and ensure works are in accordance to the contract drawings and specifications
To be knowledgeable and competent in arranging work schedule and plan worker for work
To report daily works progress at job site
To liaise and work with relevant authorities / subcontractors equipment submissions, inspections & T&C.
To have working experience in electrical, installation of Signages
Execute plans of electrical wiring for wellfunctioning lighting, intercom and other electrical systems (DBs)
Install electrical apparatus, fixtures and equipment for alarm and other systems
Install safety and distribution components (e.g switches, resistors, circuitbreaker panels etc)
Connect wiring in electrical circuits and networks ensuring compatibility of components
Prepare and assemble conduits and connect wiring through them
Performs effective troubleshooting to identify hazards or malfunctions and repair or substitute damaged DB units.
Responsible for ordering materials
Inspect and check on site that works orders have been carried out accordingly and on time and agreed
Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance work
Any other ad hoc duties as and when directed by Management
Ensure safety guidelines are followed on all job sites
Ensure work performed onsite comply with the local authorities

_Requirement and Skills:
_

Have experience in electrical work, ceiling and plumbing & sanitary
Demonstrable ability to use electrical and hand tools (e.g wire strippers, voltmeter etc) and drawings and blueprints
Thorough knowledge of safety procedures and legal regulations and guidelines
Excellent critical thinking and problemsolving ability
Excellent physical condition and flexibility to work long shifts
Diploma/degree in a relevant vocational training or successfully completed apprenticeship as a Technical Certification are advantaged
Assisted construction supervisors and lead electrical work and installation
Must have experience in electrical work for at least 23 years
Wiling to work long hours
Able to commence work immediately or short notice
