    Roles & Responsibilities

    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth and foster strategic sales partnerships in A2P and CPasS markets. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the A2P business, market trends and networks.

    Responsibilities:

    • Grow the A2P and CPasS demands and foster new strategic sales partnerships.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by establishing and nurturing relationships with enterprises and application providers.
    • Build a strong understanding of the local landscape of business needs and regulations.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (i.e. Engineering, Regulatory, Legal, Sales and Product) to ensure seamless integration and implementation of CPasS solutions and delivery to end-clients.
    • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals, presentations and discussions.
    • Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies trend in A2P and CPasS markets.
    • Analyse and present regular performance reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics and suggesting areas for improvement.
    • Manage and coordinate internal and external working stakeholders including the local governing authorities and MNOs.
    • Expand the A2P and CPasS business regionally with strategic alliances.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Minimum 4 years' experience in the A2P and/or CPasS market.
    • Proven experience in A2P and CPasS business development within the industry.
    • Strong understanding of Messaging and Cloud Omni-Channel Communication.
    • Knowledge in A2P messaging protocols, regulations, and industry best practices.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a track record of building and maintaining successful business relationships.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
    • Proactive approach to identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities.
    • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
