- Grow the A2P and CPasS demands and foster new strategic sales partnerships.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by establishing and nurturing relationships with enterprises and application providers.
- Build a strong understanding of the local landscape of business needs and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (i.e. Engineering, Regulatory, Legal, Sales and Product) to ensure seamless integration and implementation of CPasS solutions and delivery to end-clients.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals, presentations and discussions.
- Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies trend in A2P and CPasS markets.
- Analyse and present regular performance reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics and suggesting areas for improvement.
- Manage and coordinate internal and external working stakeholders including the local governing authorities and MNOs.
- Expand the A2P and CPasS business regionally with strategic alliances.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years' experience in the A2P and/or CPasS market.
- Proven experience in A2P and CPasS business development within the industry.
- Strong understanding of Messaging and Cloud Omni-Channel Communication.
- Knowledge in A2P messaging protocols, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a track record of building and maintaining successful business relationships.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proactive approach to identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
