- Building and maintaining detailed company models
- Conducting compliant industry and company-specific research – performing channel checks and diligence on specific stocks and industries
- Attending conferences and compliance approved industry events
- Building relationships with the relevant sell side research analysts and salespeople
- Committing your daily efforts to the highest levels of professionalism, integrity, and excellence
- Ensuring the accuracy and quality of all of your recommendation materials
- Supporting fundamental research into companies, industries, and sub-sectors
- Reporting on topics such as general economic and industry-specific developments and trends
- Understanding and living Point72's ethical decision-making approach and its compliance program
- Assisting your team in innovating and creating unique investment strategies
- At least 3 years of experience covering Global ex China TMT stock market
- Strong domain expertise in Global ex China TMT market supply chain
- Ability to get up to speed on companies and generate ideas independently
- Mandarin language ability is strongly preferred and Korean and Japanese language ability would be a plus
- Open to buy-side (Long Only, Hedge Fund) and sell-side (Equity Research) candidates
