Reporting into the Director, Culture & Engagement within the People & Culture (P&C) department at Klook.

You will own and manage programs and initiatives to strengthen employee engagement and internal communication, while being a culture carrier to influence the behaviors of employees globally.


About People & Culture


The Culture & Engagement team is part of the P&C team at Klook, and functions as a center of excellence (COE) for the department.

Through communication and advisory of the business, the P&C team is responsible for forming the global people strategy and implementing local people initiatives that will help the business grow scalably, whilst maintaining an engaged workforce.


What you'll do:


  • Own, drive, measure and optimize employee engagement programs and initiatives in close partnership with other teams within P&C, and senior leaders on topics that includes but not limited to Feedback & Recognition, Culture and Beliefs, Employee Wellness etc.
  • Oversee and improve on existing internal feedback and employee listening channels and mechanisms.
  • Manage and optimise internal communication channels such as regular enewsletters, internal messaging chat groups, and the intranet.
  • Regularly liaise and partner with other teams outside of P&C, including External Communication, Creative and IT Teams, to develop and deliver internal communication materials such as EDMs and videos, and global events such as quarterly townhalls and Klook birthday celebrations.
  • Support the ongoing review and improvement of employee experience, particularly at onboarding & offboarding stages
  • Stay updated on developments within P&C and across the business through regular communication or checkins
  • Mentor and guide junior team members within Culture & Engagement, and in Office Experience, who are spread across the region.

What you'll need:


  • 3+ years experience working in Employee Engagement, Internal/Employee Communications, Organization Development, Project Management or similar functions
  • A passion for culture building and making a difference in the workplace
  • Analytical but with a bias for action
  • Confident of working independently, and collaborate seamlessly with teammates spread across the region
  • Detailoriented and organized
  • Proven track record in completing concurrent tasks or managing multiple initiatives/projects effectively
  • Strong influencing skills
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills in English. Fluency in Mandarin is advantageous
  • Experience working in a startup or highgrowth environment preferred
