Description

RHB Bank is sourcing for Candidate to assist in Wintel Platform in the IT Infrastructure side. Can you help to provide 1 candidate and cost for duration of one year to RHB Bank. He/She need to be familiar with VMware/Windows. He/She may require to work on Weekend and After Office hours depending on situation. For example, if he/she need to perform Operating System Patching, it had to be done during weekend. The key responsibilities as follows: VMware Responsibilities:
•Install, configure, and upgrade VMware products like vSphere, vCenter Server, ESXi hosts, and other related components.
•Deploy and manage virtual machines (VMs) and templates.
•Set up resource clusters, vMotion, and Distributed Resource Scheduler (DRS) configurations for load balancing.
•Monitor the health and performance of virtualized environments using tools like vRealize Operations Manager or third-party monitoring solutions.
•Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize resource allocation to ensure efficient utilization of resources.
•Implement security measures to protect virtualized environments from unauthorized access, data breaches, and malware.
•Obtain relevant certifications such as VMware Certified Professional (VCP) or VMware Certified Advanced Professional (VCAP).
•Support on AD Migration Project.
•Support on Jump host Migration project Windows Responsibilities:
•Install, configure, and upgrade Active Directory domain controllers, including forests, domains, and organizational units.
•Manage user accounts, groups, and organizational units within Active Directory.
•Implement fine-grained access controls using Active Directory security groups and permissions.
•Design, implement, and manage Group Policy Objects (GPOs) to control user and computer configurations across the network.
•Ensure consistent security and configuration settings across the organization.
•Implement federation services like Active Directory Federation Services (AD FS) for enabling SSO across applications and services.
•Plan and execute migrations and upgrades of Active Directory environments, ensuring minimal disruption to users and applications.
•Diagnose and resolve complex issues related to Active Directory, replication, DNS, and authentication.
•Granted access to file server
•Delete/Move Computer Object
•Move User Object for Control Panel Access
•Check/Get file from Vendor if SFTP not working
•Reset/Unlock Portaldom Account
•Send user email for Workplace creation
•Upload Images upon request
•Perform in-place upgrade due to EOS for Windows 2012.
•Windows 2012 Upgrade Project.
•File Server Migration Project.
•Patching & VA remediation.
