    Description

    Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with the team to define and implement the strategy for the trading desk.
    • Leverage your experiences or knowledge to set up the necessary infrastructure, workflows, and processes.
    • Assist in developing and documenting trading strategies and risk management procedures.
    • Establish relationships with key industry participants and counterparties.
    • Stay informed about market trends and regulatory changes affecting the FX & Rates market.
    • Assist in recruiting and mentoring junior traders as the desk grows.
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant internal and external regulations.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
    • Relevant 5 to 7 years of experiences or knowledge in FX & Rates trading or related areas.
    • Basic understanding of financial markets and trading concepts.
    • Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy.
    • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and evolving environment.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Specific experience in setting up or contributing to the establishment of a trading desk is a significant advantage.
    • Familiarity with Capital markets
    • Programming skills (e.g., Python, R) would be beneficial.
