Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies and plans to meet company objectives, including brand positioning, product promotion, and customer acquisition.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends, and translate insights into actionable marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with product management, sales, and other teams to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts across all channels.
- Manage the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, content marketing, events, and PR activities.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, website analytics, and market trends to optimize marketing strategies and improve ROI.
- Oversee the development of marketing collateral, such as brochures, presentations, and sales materials, ensuring brand consistency and message effectiveness.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to drive effective execution of marketing initiatives.
- Stay uptodate with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
- Prepare and present regular reports and insights on marketing performance, highlighting key metrics, achievements, and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or any related fields.
- Proven experience in a marketing position, with a track record of successfully executing marketing strategies and driving business growth.
- Experience in investmentrelated industry such as CFD or Crypto will be an added advantage
- Indepth knowledge of marketing principles, techniques, and best practices, particularly in digital marketing, online advertising and SEO.
- Proficiency in using marketing software and tools, such as CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, derive actionable insights, and make datadriven decisions.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with the South East Asia (SEA) markets and consumer behaviour, with a strong understanding of local marketing trends and dynamics.
- Creative thinking and problemsolving abilities, with a passion for innovation and staying ahead in a competitive market.
