    Roles & Responsibilities

    We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Assistant to join our team

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to various departments within the organization. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

    Job Descriptions:

    • Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, and filing documents
    • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
    • Prepare Company Certification application & renewals. (e.g. ISO, Bizsafe, BCA)
    • Providing support to various departments
    • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
    • Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and friendly manner
    • Organize & planning of company events ( e.g. D&D, Christmas dinner)
    • Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies, and verifying receipt of supplies
    • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
    • Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned

    Requirements:

    • Minimum GCE 'O'/ 'N' Levels
    • Previous administrative or office experience is a plus
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
    • Attention to detail and accuracy
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
    • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
    • An individual who is open to offering assistance to different departments.
