Our client is a Japanese boutique Asset Management firm established since 2006.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Support trading activities, including trade entry, trade execution, communicate with brokers, and etc.

Ensure trade executions in compliance with portfolio guidelines, best execution policy and regulatory requirements Monitor orders, market movement, gather market colour and communicate relevant information to the Portfolio Managers Support portfolio management activities by providing portfolio analysis through utilizing market data, Excel, Bloomberg/Refinitiv Eikon and etc.

Prepare presentation slides and reports for internal reporting, investors, and marketing purposes.

Liaise with external service providers such as system vendor, execution brokers, prime brokers as well as internal professionals in area of portfolio management, fund operations, compliance.

Support IT related issues and coordinate with IT vendor Perform any ad hoc duties and projects that may arise from time to time

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferably in Finance/Economics or related field Pay attention to details and strive for accuracy Able to multi-task in a fast pace environment Strong interest in portfolio/market data analysis
