OVERVIEW

THE ROLE

This role is supporting business planning and forecasting in East Asia and India, and work closely with the team members to consolidating the data and analysis across the region.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reporting to FP&A Manager, East Asia and India

Finance Planning, Forecast, Reporting and Analysis:

Coordinate and consolidate daily & weekly sales reports for EA&I
Prepare consolidated regular (monthly) financial reports, analysis, bridges.
Provide management with insights into drivers of revenue, risks, and opportunities as well as variance analysis of actual, prior year and forecast.
Consolidate monthly KPI tracker / dashboard reports for regional and country team.
Prepare consolidated quarter end corporate reports and analysis.
Coordinate financial review meetings, work with countries to deliver accurate reporting and financial forecast.
Improve current process on reporting and analysis, to adopt new tools, to automate/reduce manual processes.
Assist budgeting and forecasting of various countries from the planning stage to preparation of final presentation material.
Assist on accounting/reporting consistency implementation with guide from regional finance leaders, including data validation, data mapping, training, and developing reports.
Assists with ad hoc regional or cross functional finance projects when required.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

Education and Experience:
Degree or Professional Qualification in Accounting or Finance

3 years Regional Financial planning experience with multinational companies

Strong skill in Hyperion HFM (Consolidation & Planning tool) and Microsoft Excel

Strong interpersonal skill and team player. Ability to build collaborative relationships cross hierarchy, cross functions, and cross region.
