    Who Are We Looking To Hire?

    Business Development and Marketing (Senior Executive or Assistant Manager)

    We are looking for enthusiastic and creative young graduates who are passionate to build our brand and customer base through effective business development and sales.

    Responsibilities

    • Plan and Execute Sales and Partnership Development Activities to meet sales targets and organization KPIs
    • Develop Customer Relationship and Engagement (e.g. through training, demos, trial) to promote sales conversion
    • Manage business opportunities and projects by closely communicating internally and externally
    • Sales Support Management to ensure sales fulfillment and tracking of outcomes
    • After Sales Engagement for customer retention, upsell
    • Contribute to branding and marketing strategy discussions with the knowledge and experience in the market
    • Support Marketing Activities e.g. Marketing projects and Events to meet sales / marketing / partnerships KPIs
    • Develop and maintain Create marketing content independently or working with agencies. These include videos, infographics, articles, educational materials
    • Develop and maintain marketing and promotional materials e.g. brochures, factsheets and posters
    • Leverage and Maintain Website and Social Media Platforms for engagement and leads generation
    • Support PR and Sales Activities

    Experience and Skills

    Skills (in order of importance):

    • Good organizational skills
    • Visualization skill – concepts and frameworks, workflow diagrams
    • Detail-oriented
    • Good understanding on Social Media – Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn

    We are looking for candidates with some of these experience (e.g. internships) and skills

    • Network or experience with healthcare or/and IT related industries
    • Business Development or Sales
    • Partnership Development
    • Direct Marketing e.g. Tele-sales
    • Customer Service
    • Branding, marketing communications, creative or media planning roles
    • Visual design for web, online assets and other types of artwork
    • Copy writing
    • Video making and editing (Preferred)
    • Direct Marketing e.g. Email Marketing
