- A minimum of 7 years of solid experience in a People Partner role (HR Business Partner), with a preference for candidates with a background in the Tech sector.

About the role:
Are you a dynamic HR Business Partner passionate about scaling a rapidly growing fintech company?
As our Senior People Partner, you'll be partnering with key leaders to drive organizational effectiveness and build a high-performing, engaging culture. This is a hands-on role where you'll balance strategic initiatives with day-to-day execution collaborating with our specialists within the People team.
