Responsibilities

The Manager should demonstrate excellent management, planning and problemsolving skills.
To manage the daily operations of venue management and visitor services
Provide supervision, rostering and deployment of teams of Visitor Service Executive, Venue Executive and Floaters
To be responsible for providing the necessary updates relating to venue management and visitor services
To be responsible for the coordination and collation of all financial reports and booking schedules
To provide the guidance, onjob training and coaching for the team of Venue Executive and Visitor Service Executive

Requirements:

A good University Degree with at least three (3) years of relevant working experience in Venue/Event/ Hospitality Management as well as customer service or related experience.
Strong leadership abilities and exceptional organisational and time management skills.
Great interpersonal skills and communication abilities.
Wellversed in Microsoft Office Programmes
Responsible and independent
Good team player with passion and commitment
Preferably First Aid & CPR certified

Salary Range:

- $5,500 - $6,500
