- Identify and investigate cyber threats on cybercrime resources using open source intelligence (OSINT) techniques, tools, and existing monitoring solutions.
- Analyze detected cyber threats including data breaches, DDoS, fraud, phishing and ransomware attacks. Attribute the attacks to new and existing threat actors, determine their motivation and TTPs (tactics, techniques, and procedures). Identify major risks and recommendations for the company's clients, enrich the data with detailed context.
- Communicate privately with threat actors to obtain intelligence about possible threats and on-going cyber attacks.
- Create threat intelligence reports with thorough and accurate analysis using research tools at your disposal.
- Participate in investigations related to information security.
- Understand cybersecurity fundamentals (current threat landscape, vulnerabilities, malware types, default attack vectors, protection against cyber threats, etc);
- Extensive knowledge of concepts such as MITRE ATT&CK framework, Cyber Kill Chain, and TTPs;
- Excellent OSINT and analytical skills. Ability to recognize patterns and trends, connect the dots, and draw reasonable conclusions;
- Understanding OPSEC (Operations Security) principles;
- Fluent in English
- Experienced in analyzing the cybercrime community and profiling the threat actors
- Knowledgeable in scripting language (Python, Bash)
- Proficiency in Hindi
- Certification in any relevant Cybersecurity certifications
