Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in queries from stations and service provides on ground safety and security matters
  • Assist in preparation for Safety Management System and Enhance IATA Operational Safety Audits
  • Assist in conducting annual Continual Self-Assessment (CSA) exercise
  • Assist in investigating incidents and hazard reports and provide the necessary findings and corrective actions
  • Work closely with relevant departments and stations to implement changes required to comply with regulation changes
  • Actively drive ground safety and security initiatives for implementation in stations; as well as produce/provide sustainable training on ground safety and security for ground staff
  • Adhoc support for crisis or major flight disruption handling at airport or overseas stations
  • Any adhoc duties as required

Requirements:


  • Diploma in any discipline.
  • Experience in airport operations and/or flight operations is preferred
  • Experience in safety management system is advantageous
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, OneNote and Outlook).
  • Possess good communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel for work
