- Administrative support of Educational Grants program
- Reporting (eg. Utilization of contracted HCPs)
- Submission of various internal approval processes (examples: GEMSC, APTTUS/Procurement/Vendor Set Up/POs)
- Pre and Post Program Support
- Maintaining OneDrive/Teams/Other Folders, as assigned
- Other support tasks as identified to support the SAE team
- Tracks output of team efforts specific to Key Performance Indicators
- Assists SA&E team with activities related to HCP contracting (SSA and LMSA) and reports in the HCP Interactions System
- Assists to maintain with Standard Operating Procedures, Quality Procedures, Playbooks and Work Instructions.
- Develop solid working relationships with key internal partners to ensure continuous alignment and drive impactful results with a focus on continuous process improvement.
- Demonstrates a strong commitment to both corporate and Global Medical Sciences (GMS) operations, principles, and values. Enthusiastically and actively championing the value of medical education and GMS and how it contributes to the success of the organization.
- Other duties as assigned to provide support to the SA&E team
- Education: Flexible (HS Diploma), would prefer 4 year degree
- High degree of interpersonal skills and cross-cultural awareness. Is effective working in a matrix environment
- Strong project management and analytic skills, a bias towards action, and a focus on continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of standard office computer programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with high level of proficiency
- Advanced written and oral communication skills with proficiency in English
- Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- University degree
- Knowledge of corporate systems relevant to assigned area of responsibility is preferred (Smartsheets, Concur, Financial systems such as Oracle and SAP, HCP and event management systems).
