Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a Senior Sustainability Engineer to chart net-zero roadmap with energy transition and decarbonization solutions for our clients. You will be responsible for helping our clients profile their GHG emissions, set science-based emissions targets, design net-zero roadmap and climate actions, and develop carbon projects.

Key Responsibilities

· Leading or managing projects relating carbon accounting, target settings, net-zero roadmapping and environmental attribute project development

· Project manage resources, schedules, sub-contractors, budgets, and risks

· Preparation and submission of proposals for new projects

· Work collaboratively as part of a team and share knowledge with colleagues

Education and Experience

· Preferably a degree in a relevant engineering discipline

· A minimum of 5 to 8 years of proven experience in the execution sustainability and carbon development projects

Knowledge and Skills

· Familiarity with sustainability/ESG reporting frameworks and standards

· Knowledge in emerging sustainability and carbon market trends/standards/policies

· Knowledge in carbon accounting and GHG Protocol

· Knowledge in lifecycle assessment

· Knowledge in Science-Based Target Settings

· Knowledge of climate-related risks, opportunities, and resiliency assessment

· Knowledge of nature-based solutions

· Knowledge in carbon credit project development

· Knowledge in Energy sector

· Good interpersonal skills

· Confidence to engage with different external clients, agencies and partners

· Attention to detail with good presentation, analytical and writing skills
