SUMMARY:

Our client is an established enterprise in Cryptocurrency. They are now looking for an experienced dynamic Risk Manager to join their exciting team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Experience in risk control: Have experience in risk control management above the risk control supervisor of mainstream exchanges, with no less than 3 years of experience, and be familiar with the risk management and internal control management processes of exchanges.
Legal experience: Those with legal experience are preferred, familiar with laws, regulations and compliance requirements, and able to provide legal support and legal advice for the exchange.
Risk management ability: have strong risk management ability, be able to identify and evaluate risks, and formulate corresponding risk management strategies and control measures.
Business understanding: have a deep understanding and cognition of the exchange's business, and be able to fully grasp the risk characteristics and risk control needs of the exchange's business.
Teamwork ability: Have good teamwork ability, be able to work closely with other departments and teams to jointly promote the smooth progress of risk management.
Professional knowledge: have professional knowledge in relevant risk management and legal affairs, and be familiar with the relevant theories and practices of risk management and compliance management.

REQUIREMENTS:

Responsible for formulating and implementing the trading risk control strategy of the exchange, establishing and maintaining the trading risk management system, and ensuring that the risk control and compliance requirements of the exchange are effectively implemented.
Responsible for formulating risk management policies, processes and systems to ensure that the internal control management of the Exchange meets the regulatory and compliance requirements.
Monitor the risk status of the exchange, detect and respond to risk events in a timely manner, and provide risk management decisions and control measures.
Responsible for communication and coordination with regulators and external risk management institutions to ensure that the exchange meets regulatory requirements in terms of risk management.
Lead and manage the risk control team, including recruitment, training and performance management, to ensure the effective operation of the team and the achievement of performance.
Provide risk management reports and recommendations, report risk to senior management, and participate in strategic risk management decisions.
