Roles & ResponsibilitiesJob Description -
Daily preparation (mise en place)
Ordering of ingredients to suppliers and souce for new suppliers
Daily cleaning and maintenance of kitchen and equipment
Take customer's orders and familiar with operating the Point-of-sale
Opening, Closing & accounting for daily point-of-sale
Count month-end food inventory
Closing the stall kitchen and willing to dish washing
Requirements:-
Minimium 3 years experience in Thai cusisines
Willing to work in an no air-conditioning environment and kitchen, i.e. coffeeshop ennvironment
Willing to work as a Stall Sous Chef and able to work alone
Self motivated and results orientated to meet Sales Target.
Willing to take long hours work to run the Hawker Stall
Must be able to cope with stress during during peak hours and working alone.
Must have at least 5 years working experience as kitchen in-charge or managerial role.
Passion to work in kitchen and deliver quality taste and food to customers
Have the friendly personality to handle customers
Can do dual roles on taking food order and cooking in the stall
Responsibilities -
Solely in-charge of running the STALL kitchen
Planning of food inventory to prevent Sold Out in menu
Good Planning of raw ingredients ordering without running Sold Out in menu
Minimise food wastage
Cooking of customer orders for dine-in, deliveries and take-away
Must have the food Stall's ownership in term of revenue, quality of food, wastage, food inventory management and hygiene & Cleanliness.
