    Roles & Responsibilities

    Job Description:

    • Provide administrative support on site
    • Manage documents for projects
    • Perform accurate data entry and ensure proper filing of documents
    • Receiving and checking all incoming correspondence
    • Keep all project documents orderly complete and categorized for easy accessibility to specific records and projects
    • Other general site administrative duties that may be assigned to you from time to time as your superior / HOD / management deem fit

    Requirements:

    • GCE 'N', 'O' Level
    • No experience welcomed. Training provided
    • Skills required: simple computer skills, understanding words, excel and power point
    • Data entry
    • General administrative duties
    • Documenting and filing
    • Good work attitude
    • Able to start work immediately or within short notice an added advantage
