Operational Risk Management,
AVP and Analyst

Working in the Group Operational Risk function, you will contribute to the management of operational risks, definition and formulation of risk policies, processes and procedures and recommend relevant risk management strategies, strengthening the overall risk governance and culture across the organisation.

Duties:

Identification and management of operational risks across the organisation
Work with the business to identify, assess, document and regularly review risks
Assist with developing and implementing risk policies, risk procedures, KRIs and risk appetite statement
Monitor risks against limits and thresholds
Produce risk reports for submission to senior management and business
Help with risk incident management process including registration of risk events, conducting investigations, managing and delivering risk incident reports for senior management and regulators
Conduct RCSAs with the Business
Lead and coordinate regular Business Impact Assessment reviews with key stakeholders
Develop and conduct risk training

Profile:

AVP

7+ years of relevant experience
3+ years in operational risk or enterprise risk in banking, digital banking, insurance, payments, fintech, etc
Early career in financial services audit (Big 4 auditor) useful but not mandatory
Professional qualification in audit (CA, CPA, CIA) or risk management certification/s useful Knowledge of risk management and control concepts; key regulations (e.g. MAS TRM), risk best practices, operational risk frameworks etc

Analyst
years of relevant experience

Preferably 12 years in ORM, business risk, internal controls, vendor risk, BCM/BCP, ERM
Can consider financial services auditors with experience auditing retail banks, insurers, payments platforms, financial technology firms or digital banking clients wanting to move inhouse. Highlevel knowledge of risk management and controls; regulations, risk best practices, risk frameworks etc
