Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description:

As an Executive Assistant Intern to the Director, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the Director's office operates efficiently and effectively. This internship will provide you with hands-on experience in executive-level support and an opportunity to contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the Director, including managing schedules, calendars, and email correspondence.

2. Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders, handling inquiries and correspondence with professionalism and discretion.

3. Meeting Coordination: Schedule, organize, and prepare materials for meetings, including agenda creation and follow-up on action items.

4. Document Management: Assist in organizing, maintaining, and safeguarding important documents, reports, and files.

5. Research and Analysis: Conduct research on various topics, gather data, and prepare reports or presentations for the Director's use.

6. Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel plans, including booking flights, accommodations, and ground transportation, while ensuring all itineraries are well-organized.

7. Project Support: Assist the Director in special projects, initiatives, and ad-hoc tasks as needed, providing critical support to ensure successful outcomes.

8. Confidentiality: Maintain the highest level of confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information and executive matters.
